I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came out to the Myer Christmas Spectacular concert on Saturday in Bourke Street Mall,especially considering the awful weather! I was lucky enough to sing my favourite Christmas song ’All I want for Christmas’, followed by my track ‘Infatuation’. I had some amazing dancers from Patrick Studios Australia join me for the performance and the day was so much fun!
It’s definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Last weekend I performed at the official launch of the QT Hotel in the Gold Coast! It was such a fun night – when we arrived at the Gold Coast we were picked up a huge stretch Hummer. As if that wasn’t fun enough, it was stocked full of champagne so by the time we arrived we were feeling a little extra sparkly!
At the launch, I performed two songs – ‘X Rated’ and ‘Infatuation’ which was heaps of fun. I loved the QT Hotel, it was such a great venue and the décor at the hotel was really cool, it had a very eclectic vibe which I love.
The hotel also has an amazing bar called Stingray which had a cocktail menu to die for…the watermelon and mint martini was incredible – yum! After the performance and a few more martini’s I was pretty tired so it was nice to be able to crawl into bed. I must say that the beds at QT Hotel were one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in – and over the years I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels!

Wow! I can’t believe we are already in Spring, this year feels like it has just flown by!
If you get a chance, check out the brand new photos that have been uploaded to the live photo gallery on the site here. Last week I performed as part of a fundraiser for Patrick Studios Australia, which is a fantastic performing arts school based in Melbourne. It was great to watch so many talented people perform on the night. I performed ‘X Rated’ and was lucky enough to enjoy the company of six male dancers with me on stage. (With six scantily clad guys dancing around poles it definitely got a little ‘X Rated’!) As you can see from the photos it was a lot of fun, and you can check out the action for yourself as we’ll be uploading a video of the performance very soon.

I can’t believe how crazy this Melbourne weather has been! It’s no wonder everyone has been getting sick with the weather ranging from mild and sunny to freezing cold in the space of 24 hours. I’ve grown up in Melbourne but still can’t quite get used to the weather, so in an attempt to warm myself up I’ve been getting back into Bikram yoga at Yoga Tree which I absolutely love.
It’s quite hard to begin with – you’re in a 40 degree room which is full of heaters and you sweat like crazy the whole time. But it’s all worth as you feel absolutely amazing afterwards. Very soothing for the soul … well I think so anyway! I’m sure Bikram yoga isn’t for everyone, but I highly recommend trying it.
I’ve got some very exciting things coming up soon, which I can’t wait to share with you all. But for the moment it’s time to play the waiting game as it’s all a bit hush hush

Estilo Emporio have some of the most amazing shoes. I loved the shoes below so much that I ended up wearing them in the ‘X Rated’ video clip. As you can probably see, they aren’t so easy to walk in but that’s the price you pay for great fashion!
I’ve become a little addicted to online shopping in the past few months and POLYVORE isn’t helping my addiction! It’s great because you can literally search for whatever you want and it tells you all the different online stores that have it. They also have great styling ideas and fashion mood boards which means I find myself stuck on the site for ages.
You know you’re all grown up when you start getting excited about homewares! I recently moved into my first apartment and have become a little obsessed with decorating it. Anthropologie have the coolest homewares and best of all, they now ship to Australia.
After lots of planning and rehearsals, everyone’s hard work finally paid off today with the video clip shoot for ‘X Rated’. I’m feeling pretty exhausted now, but my body is still pumping with adrenalin! It was such a great shoot and everyone I worked with was so lovely and great to have around. I think this may actually be my favourite clip so far! The call time this morning was 8am for hair and make up, and the first look we used for the video clip was a dead-straight bob, with a smoky eye and two-toned lips. With this look I got to wear the black cat suit that we worked so hard on to get ready in time. The second look was a little more time consuming to put together, as my hair was sewn at the back into a braid with a massive beehive on the top. I absolutely love this style, although it’s not so easy to take out as my hair was literally sewn into place! The second costume was a sailor-style, Betty Page inspired dress. With filming finished, it’s now time for the waiting game to begin for the first edit. Although I got a few sneak peeks at the playback screen, the suspense is killing me to see the final cut!
